What is a virtual office?
A virtual office combines a business address suitable for service of legal documents with mail acceptance and selected location services. Both Hannover packages permit use of the address in your website’s legal notice. Pro also includes office use and your own cabinet.
How much does a virtual office in Hannover cost?
Virtual Office Basic starts at €59 and Pro at €159 per month, both plus statutory VAT. Mail acceptance is included in both packages. Basic carries additional per-letter charges. Pro also includes 30 hours of office use per month and your own cabinet. Further services are charged as agreed.
Can I use the address in my website’s legal notice?
Yes. After the contract is concluded and use is approved, both packages permit use of the agreed address in your legal notice. For further uses, such as business or commercial register applications, we clarify your legal structure and the relevant requirements beforehand.
Can I use Pro for a registered office in dealings with the tax office and local court?
Pro is intended for incorporated companies and registered office use. Alongside the address for service of legal documents, it includes 30 hours of office use per month and your own cabinet. Our offering for incorporated companies also requires evidence of office use, which we discuss and document within the agreed services. The relevant authority assesses a particular application or tax classification based on the actual circumstances.
Is mail acceptance included in both packages?
Yes, mail acceptance is included in Basic and Pro. Basic carries additional per-letter charges. Forwarding, scanning and further mail services are arranged separately. Advertising mail can be disposed of free of charge on request.
How do the 30 hours of office use in Pro work?
Pro provides 30 hours of office use each month. Unused hours expire and do not roll over to the following month. If you need more time, additional hours are charged separately. Your own lockable cabinet is also included.
Does the business address automatically create a tax permanent establishment?
An address for service of legal documents and evidence of actual office use serve different purposes. Pro provides a contractual basis for an on-site presence through office use and your own cabinet. Tax treatment depends on the actual activities and other circumstances, rather than the name of a package alone.
How long is the contract and how can I terminate it?
The initial term is generally 12 months. Thereafter, the contract can be terminated monthly, subject to a 3-month notice period. Your individual contract specifies the applicable start date, term and termination provisions.
Can I use the address before the contract is concluded?
Please use the address only after discussing your needs, concluding the contract and receiving approval. We first clarify your details, required documents and agreed use.

Can I book a company sign?
Yes. A company sign at the location can be booked separately to make your business visible. We agree the design, installation and charges in your offer.
What happens to advertising mail?
Advertising mail can be disposed of free of charge on request. We agree with you how other business correspondence should be handled, forwarded or scanned.
